Our Rosemary Honey begins with raw Wyoming honey and organic rosemary, pairing the natural richness of honey with the distinctive aroma and earthy character of Salvia rosmarinus (formerly Rosmarinus officinalis). The result is a beautifully balanced infusion that's sweet enough to enjoy by the spoonful yet herbaceous enough for savory dishes.

Each batch is handcrafted and given at least a month to develop, allowing the rosemary and honey time to come together naturally.
